产品说明：
本品为科研试剂，广泛应用于分子生物学，药理学等科研方面，严禁用于人体。灭瘟素S属于抗生素，具有真菌属性，通过研究肽键的形成，可以抑制细菌和真核生物体内蛋白质合成，并且可以有效防止稻瘟病病。灭瘟素S常被用作含有抗癌基因bls,bsr,or BSD癌变细胞的选择性试剂。
使用方法(仅供参考)：
配制储液：
溶解于无菌细胞培养级1M HEPES buffer或者1×PBS，配制成浓度为10mg/mL，无菌微膜过滤。然后根据自身实验要求进行稀释或者使用。
筛选条件：
- Escherichia coli(大肠杆菌)
E.coli is poorly sensitive to blasticidin,but transformants resistant to blasticidin can be selected on low salt LB agar medium (pH8) supplemented with 100μg/ml blasticidin.High pHenhances the activity of blasticidin.
- Mammalian cells(哺乳动物细胞)
The working concentration of blasticidin for mammalian cell lines varies from 1 to 10μg/ml,in a few cases up to 30μg/ml.In a starting experiment we recommend to determine optimal concentrations of antibiotic required to kill your host cell line.After treatment,cell death occurs rapidly,allowing the selection of transfected cells with plasmids carrying the bsr or BSD genes in examples of mammalian cells are listed below.
